Nacci Construction Services, Inc. is a commercial construction company based in Harlem, GA. We specialize in hospital renovations and other intricate projects. Over 85% of our projects involve hospital expansions and revamping. We also do full or partial renovations at military installations under very tight timelines. Our founder, David Nacci, is an active service-disabled veteran. Nacci Construction Services, Inc. has never had one OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) violation or safety incident, and we've never had a claim made against us. Our bonding capacity is $20 million.

A Letter from our President

Nacci Construction was a newly formed company in 2007 with great intentions and high aspirations. My name is David Nacci, principal owner and co-founder of Nacci Construction. My goal was to create a company that would create jobs for local tradespeople, provide for my family, and take pride in the high-quality work we do. At the time my partners and I started Nacci Construction, I had been under VA care since my honorable medical discharge in 1988.
My main reason for going in this direction was seeing fellow soldiers that were close personal friends with injuries from Vietnam and other military conflicts. Helping renovate VA medical centers has genuinely been one of the most satisfying experiences of my life. I am a supporter of, and contractor for the VA. I am a long-time patient who had successful surgeries in the Augusta, VA surgery suites that Nacci Construction remodeled in 2009. I am not only an active service-disabled veteran owner, but I am also a patient who trusts what we have created at the VAMC in Augusta, GA.
Nacci construction has successfully completed hundreds of small and large construction projects. Although we have focused 90% of our attention on VA Medical Centers throughout the southeastern United States, we have completed many projects at Ft. Gordon, GA, Marine Logistics Base Albany, GA, and Ft. McPherson in Atlanta. In 2009, we were awarded a local IDIQ that covered small projects up to $500,000 per project and $1 million per year. It was a one-year contract with four, one-year options that were all exercised by the VAMC in Augusta, GA. I want to thank you for your consideration and for allowing us to continue our work.
